I am committed to creating a safe space for reflection, curiosity, and growth. I believe that every individual is an expert in their own life so my approach is rooted in equity and respect. In our work together, I aim to create an environment where your experiences are valued and your unique journey is honored. I want to help you reclaim joy, calm, and meaning in your life—on your terms.
As a parent, a foster care advocate, and a former Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in LA County, I deeply understand the trauma, uncertainty, and emotional struggles children and teens face. This experience has shaped my commitment to supporting young people and their families as they navigate complex emotions, relationships, and life transitions. I recognize the challenges of feeling unheard, misunderstood, or out of control, and I strive to provide the tools and guidance needed to foster resilience and emotional well-being.
Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child or an individual looking to break free from cycles of pain and self-doubt, I am here to help. Together, we will explore ways to build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and create a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
Resilience can look different for everyone, and I believe therapy should be as unique as you are.

MY Values
I embrace cultural humility, recognizing the importance of remaining open and curious with my clients. I prioritize inclusive services for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse individuals. My work is rooted in the understanding that family systems and social and romantic relationships can differ depending on culture, values, and life experiences. I aim to honor and empower each experience, whatever its makeup.
Whether you're navigating challenges as an individual, in your relationship, in parenting, or in family communication, I’m here to offer guidance that respects your needs and circumstances. I am committed to understanding what works best for you without imposing judgment or preconceived notions.
