DBT Group For High Schoolers

Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 pm in person

This group helps high schoolers aged 13-18 manage emotions and develop life skills. It is ideal for teens dealing with mood swings, anxiety, depression, impulsivity, or self-harm. It addresses intense emotions, relationship issues, and self-destructive behaviors by teaching emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Weekly 90-minute sessions include exercises, role-playing, and discussions in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
