One on One DBT Skills
Scheduled with your therapist
For individuals whose schedules don’t align with our DBT groups or they need more individualized support we offer one on one DBT skills. Sessions are 30 minutes in length. The structure of the session is starting of with a mindfulness practice, reviewing homework and having an opportunity for check in, and then teaching the skill of the day. It is a great opportunity to get all your questions answered and feel confident in applying the skills to your life.
DBT Skills Group For Adults
Mondays 6-7:30 pm online
Wednesdays 5-6:30 pm online, 6:30-8 pm online
A Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group is designed to teach a range of practical skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being. DBT integrates mindfulness practices with effective strategies for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Learn to identify and change self-destructive patterns, cultivate a deeper understanding of your emotions, and develop healthier ways of interacting with others. DBT Group For High Schoolers
Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 pm in person
This group helps high schoolers aged 13-18 manage emotions and develop life skills. It is ideal for teens dealing with mood swings, anxiety, depression, impulsivity, or self-harm. It addresses intense emotions, relationship issues, and self-destructive behaviors by teaching emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Weekly 90-minute sessions include exercises, role-playing, and discussions in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Benefits include better emotion management, increased resilience, improved relationships, and enhanced self-esteem.
